- Fields with * indication are mandatory.
- In case of log out or any technical reason/ issue before the “CONFIRM PASSWORD” tab, please fill the admission form again from the beginning along with uploading of photos with .jpeg format.
- After confirmation of password click on REGISTER tab, You can see your filled data in detail.
- Please note down your Form No and Password to login again to edit or to print Form.
- SMS will be received on mentioned mobile number in the Form for Login Id and Password.
- You can edit details before confirming the form, after confirmation you can not edit..
- To reprint the previously confirmed form, click on Existing Form option from the Admission tab and enter your form no i.e login ID and password specified earlier and click on print.
- The admission is provisional and will be confirmed only after the School reopens.
